Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (Australia): 2–8 business days

  • Express Shipping (Australia): 1–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 5–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and courier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.


Shipping Carriers

We ship using the following carriers:

  • Australia Post

  • Aramex

  • Couriers Please

  • FedEx

We reserve the right to select the most appropriate carrier for your order.


Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check with household members or neighbours

  2. Check safe drop locations

  3. Contact the courier directly

  4. Contact us at sales@petway.com.au


Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

If your order is lost in transit, we will lodge an investigation with the courier and update you as soon as possible.
